Simply type in a name for your signature, add your HTML, and your signature is created!
A button to preview the HTML is also available. READ BEFORE PURCHASING.
Valid HTML must be provided. This is not a design utility. Issues with formatting and/or appearance of the final signature are directly tied to the HTML code. CometWaves, Alt Text, missing first character I am not blaming this App, only Microsoft Outlook. When I have alt text in email signature, the first letter is missing in the alt text description. Any suggestions?
Developer Response, Hi CometWaves - would you be willing to share your raw HTML code with us at [email protected]? Would be happy to investigate.
We can at least confirm within the signature file if the HTML was transferred properly or if it is an MS Outlook bug in handling it:). BEHJR, Did Not Address My Issue I purchased this thinking this would solve an issue we are having with Outlook not embedding our company logo with our siganture blocks. Email receiptents are still not able to see the logosthey just get an “?” or “x” where the logo should appear. Developer Response, A few help articles are provided below to answer your questions and provide guidance on the issues you face.
Designing HTML to be compliant with all email clients can be a challenge and is a technical specialty. The app can only import the HTML you provide. The 'Preview' function is just to show you what it may look like, but ultimately, how the HTML is parsed is decided by MS Outlook.

Microsoft doesn't sell just Outlook for Mac. You will need to upgrade to get Oulook. There are two ways to upgrade: Option 1: Purchase a Home and Business upgrade product key (only available in select countries) Note: Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 upgrade product keys will only work if you already have Office for Mac 2011 installed. There are no version upgrade product keys for owners of Office for Mac 2008 and earlier versions.
Upgrade keys will need to be purchased for each install you desire to upgrade. For example, if you purchased Office for Mac Home and Student 2011- Family Pack, then three upgrade keys would need to be purchased if you want to upgrade all three installs. To purchase an upgrade product key online (not available in all countries), do the following: Open Word (or Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and then on the Word menu, click Purchase Options.
On the Microsoft Office Setup Assistant screen, click Purchase an upgrade product key online. Purchase an upgrade product key by following the instructions online. You will need to be connected to the internet to purchase. Note: If you do not see your country in the country list, upgrade product keys are not available in your country and you will have to purchase a full Home and Business 2011 product key from a participating retailer. Option 2: Home and Business product key Purchase a physical box of Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 online or at a retail store.
Inside the package, you will find your product key. After you have an Office for Mac Home and Business upgrade product key or an Office for Mac Home and Business 2011 product key, do the following: Open Word (or Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and then on the Word menu, click Purchase Options. On the Microsoft Office Setup Assistant screen, click Enter your product key, and then complete the instructions on the screens. To see any new functionality, close all open Office for Mac applications, and then reopen them.
Right that is the only option. I use Outlook myself. If you really want it buy it as fast as you can from someplace like Amazon or some other software reseller because you can't buy it from Microsoft anymore. MS has gone to the subscription base system and they are trying to pull all hard copies of all MS software so no one can buy a piece of MS software and use it forever at the initial cost. You now have to Rent it on a monthly or yearly basis.
Etrinh wrote: Its familiar to me. I use it at work and school, and like the format.
I still haven't found a resolution other than to buy the home and business version. LowLuster That is not entirely true. Microsoft is pushing everyone toward subscription based software but they are still selling hard copies. As a matter of fact all that is needed is a new key to unlock the Business edition. That can be done directly from the software as stated in my original post.
